Why Tennis?
There is more to tennis than just hitting a yellow ball back and forth, or running side to side on a court. When tennis is played the proper way, your legs, core, arms, hand-eye coordination, and mental toughness is all tested. Each stroke is a complex movement, engaging and testing your physical abilities. The mental part of tennis is even tougher, and learning how to cope with loss, disappointment, and adversity is a lesson that affects all aspects of life. As a spectator, tennis may look boring. But as a player, advanced or beginning, one will discover that tennis is a sport that tests the whole player, and can be social, competitive, and a lot of fun.
